• What time is Check In?

    Our standard check in time is 3pm. An early check-in can be arranged upon availability and confirmation will be advised 24 hours prior to arrival.

  • What time is Check Out?

    Our standard check out time is 10am. A late check-out can be arranged upon availability.  We will confirm a late checkout 24 hours prior to departure if this is available.

  • Do I have to pick up keys to the property?

    No, you will go straight to your accommodation to begin your holiday, instructions will be sent to you for access to your holiday property.

  • Is Linen included in my accommodation?

    Yes, all linen including bath towels and pool towels are provided for your stay.

  • Are there Cots and Highchairs available?

    Cots, highchairs, beach equipment and toys can be hired at hireforbaby.com

  • Do you have pet friendly properties?

    No, we do not offer pet friendly accommodation.

  • What is the minimum age requirement?

    Guests must be over 21 years of age (children excluded). Any guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

    We do not accept schoolies reservations made by students or students parents.

  • Do I have to pay the refundable damage deposit?

    Some of the properties we manage have a security deposit that is required to be paid in full prior to key collection.
    After the property has been inspected and everything is in its original state, the bond will be returned within 5-10 business days after departure.
    Terms and Conditions apply for the bond to be released after departure.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Only toiletries and food.
    Only the basics are provided eg. toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, oil. These will not be topped up during your stay.

  • Do I need to put the bins out?

    Please refer to your compendium for rubbish collection days.

  • What happens if something requires maintenance at the property?

    Please report any maintenance issues to our Elite Property Management Port Douglas office during business hours.

  • What happens if I break something at the property?

    Let Elite Property Management know as soon as possible and a member of our team will contact you to discuss items that have been damaged.
    Additional Charges may be incurred to replace items broken

  • What if the gas bottle is empty?

    Our friendly holiday team will assist you if in the event a gas bottle needs to be replaced, please contact our office for further assistance.

  • Do I have to clean the property?

    On departure, please ensure dirty dishes are cleaned and put away and rubbish is removed from the property to the bins provided.
